Basic Video editing/creation/animation - Final Cut Pro a plus. Basic estimating, takeoffs and bid analysis. Have excellent design skills and contribute to the design and quality of each project by preparing detailed and accurate drawings. We love what we do and want you to do the same. Work and collaborate at an accelerated pace and project tempo. Prepare accurate and detailed construction drawings in AutoCAD. Prepare base CAD drawings, illustrative site plans and presentation renderings. Be a self-motivated, proactive and have good communication and time management skills.
Have experience in the landscape architecture field and in the process of designing, drawing and building landscape projects. Provide drawing assistance in both 2D & 3D drawings. Additional duties would include site visits, field measurements, contractor interaction and will provide an exceptional level of immersion and experience into the design and construction of high-end residential projects in the Dallas area.
